Programme Director
Camilla is currently on interchange from the Diplomatic Service. Her Wilton Park portfolio includes the Japan programme, work with Foundations, and running conferences on a range of foreign policy issues.
Camilla joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1985 having read History at Bristol University (BA Hons). Her FCO career has included a posting to Tokyo, prior to which she undertook language training in Japanese at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), London University. At the FCO in London she has worked on human rights issues in Russia; developing UK relations with Ukraine and the Transcaucasus; and working with the Republic of Ireland on issues relating to the Northern Ireland peace process.
Camilla is also an assessor for the Civil Service Selection Board and holds an MA in the Art Market and Connoisseurship from New York University. She has been at Wilton Park since 2007.
