This event by invitation from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, convened representatives from government, international organisations and academic to discuss the challenges facing world trade.

This was a 24 hour event run in early February.

Lorenza Martinez, from the Mexican Ministry of Economy, presented on ‘Different Models for Liberalisation: The Case of Mexico’ while Richard Baldwin, Professor at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, presented on Bilateralism and Plurilateralism.
