Robin Hart

Robin’s portfolio and interests are wide-ranging and currently include climatic change and managing its impact; education and skills for the future and the climate-health-nutrition-food production/agricultural nexus.

She also contributes to developing events on emerging international policy challenges and leads several young leader programmes including the Resilient40 (African climate leaders); the Caribbean 2030 Forum and the British German Forum (BGF).

Between 2003 and 2019 Robin developed and ran Wilton Park’s global health programme and has previously run a series of discussions on humanitarianism and Disaster Risk Reduction. She also led a six-part series on international food security, agriculture and land use.

She is a Director of Bridge International Dialogue, a charity set up by alumni from the BGF.

Robin read History at Exeter University (BA Hons) and previously worked at the UK Ministry of Defence. She was awarded an OBE in the 2022 New Year’s Honours List for services to British foreign policy.
