Wilton Park Youth Dialogues – second event

In October 2017 the second event in our Youth Dialogues series took place in Jordan. We organised the three day event in association with the British Council, the West Asia-North Africa (WANA) Institute and the Department for International Development (DFID).

Memorandum of Understanding between Wilton Park and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia

The Acting Chief Executive of Wilton Park, Myles Wickstead CBE, and the Georgian Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Mr Mikheil Janelidze, met at Lancaster House on Monday 23 October 2017 to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the presence of HE Ms Tamar Beruchashvili, Ambassador of Georgia to the UK and HE Mr Justin McKenzie Smith, Ambassador of the UK to Georgia. The MoU sets out the joint objective of establishing a long term relationship and cooperation between Wilton Park and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs across a wide range of national and international policy issues.

Caribbean2030 Leaders’ Network created at Wilton Park

During our meeting in October on Caribbean 2030 - new thinking for a new generation III, the Caribbean2030 Leaders’ Network was born. This group will build an entrepreneurial spirit of collaboration across the region.

Partnership renewal between Wilton Park and Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Indonesian Ambassador to the UK, HE Dr Rizal Sukma, visited Wilton Park today to sign the renewed Partnership Agreement between Wilton Park and The Policy Analysis and Development Agency of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Republic of Indonesia. This agreement has been developed to promote sustained dialogue between the two organisations and their respective countries, as they tackle wide ranging national and international policy issues.
