  • Can the Stability and Growth Pact, economic sanctions and the proposed European Monetary Fund strengthen Eurozone governance?
  • How might the ‘Europe 2020’ programme be best implemented?
  • How may economic governance in the EU 27 operate in relation to new Eurozone frameworks resulting from recent crises and the Lisbon Treaty?
