This invitation only dialogue assessed the potential for a substantive outcome at the Eighth BTWC Review Conference, one that reaffirms the Convention and sets out a new intersessional programme.  Particular focus was given to:

• the Article-by-Article review
• how the Review can address S&T issues
• Articles VII and X
• how to address national implementation, CBMs and compliance
• mapping the future post Review Conference landscape
