Julia Prescot appointed Non-Executive Director to the Board of Wilton Park

We’re delighted to announce that the Foreign Secretary has appointed Julia Prescot to the Wilton Park Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Julia is an expert in financing global infrastructure with a passion for sustainable investment. With over 30 years’ experience in delivering projects across a wide range of sectors, Julia has become a trusted adviser to both Government and the private sector. After a successful career as an investment banker, in 2005 Julia co-founded Meridiam which has grown to become one of the world’s leading infrastructure funds, with Julia continuing to serve boardroom roles across a number of Meridiam’s UK and European assets including the £2.4bn NeuConnect energy link, healthcare investor Fulcrum Infrastructure Group and leading EV charging company Allego.

Julia is an Honorary Professor at the Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management, University College London. She also serves as Deputy Chair of the National Infrastructure Commission, as a member of the Government’s Investment Council, as Deputy Chair of the Port of Tyne, and is Private Sector Global Co-Chair of the World Bank Global Infrastructure Facility, a G20 initiative.

Julia will start her role on October 1 2023, for a term lasting three years.
