Wilton Park takes part in the annual Civil Service People Survey. The most recent survey ran from 23 September until Tuesday 21 October.
The survey looks at civil servants’ attitudes to and experience of working in government departments. At Wilton Park, 82% of colleagues took part.
The survey provides Wilton Park leadership team with the information it needs to continually review and improve practices across the organisation.
