Date

Wednesday 7 to Wednesday 7 July, 2021

Pacific Island Countries (PICs) play an important role in delivering progressive climate action for COP26. This high-level political event, chaired by Alok Sharma, COP 26 President, and hosted by Wilton Park, builds on previous engagement between the Pacific and the UK on climate change. Discussion will focus on the lead up to COP26, and how the UK can best work with the Pacific region to ensure ambitious outcomes at COP 26 in Glasgow in November 2021. The Dialogue will be an opportunity to address Pacific partners’ priorities for UK/Pacific engagement in the lead up to and at COP26.

In partnership with the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office and One CROP
